Refunds and Returns Policy for ADS Glasses

Thank you for shopping at adsglasses.com. We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your blue light blocking glasses, we offer a straightforward refunds and returns policy to assist you.


1. Return and Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, including any accessories, cases, cleaning cloths, or other included items.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Return Process

  4. Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
